Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (may vary based on destination).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages
